All bearings repaired in our facility undergo a thorough inspection, incoming and final inspections, by our Quality Control Department. This will assure customers of their performance and design credentials. Also, Non Destructive Testing (NDT) of babbitt bond is performed by in-house U.T. If the customer requires a certified report, it will be performed by a 3rd party, with no conflict of interest.

All manufacturing and repair procedures are monitored throughout the process, with drawings, materials and workmanship continually checked. After all of the machining steps and labor are completed, a Quality Control Inspector prepares a final report, which details actual measurements taken of all critical dimensions. After approval, this report can be sent with the item to the customer.
